Add to food processor:
1 cup cashews
1 cup coconut
1/3 cup cocoa
Whizz to a fine grind.
Add 2 cups dates (softened in microwave for 2 mins). Whizz.
Add 2 tbsp juice and approx 3 tbsp of melted coconut oil.
Roll into balls or press into a tin. Store in fridge.
