Welcome to our class blog!

We are a class of year 7 and 8 students who attend a semi-rural school on the outskirts of Tauranga in NZ. We are excited to share our experiences and learning at Tauriko School. Check back regularly to see what we have been up to. We have a load of fun in our class and would love to share it with you!

Eeling with our Hinaki

  1. Room 6, Mrs Te Whiti, Mrs Dyer, Gav and Room 6 parents,
What a wonderful learning experience for Room 6 students. The learning in technology involved in this preparation for Ag Day is so practical and meaningful for our students. Thank you to Gav for sharing his expertise and to the teachers for working over many weeks to support learning for the students. Thank you to those wonderful parents who took time to take our students to the river to try out their trap.
I see some cooking took place. I'd love to know what Room 6 students thought of the taste. I'll look forward to your comments.
    Ms Billington
