Welcome to our class blog!
We are a class of year 7 and 8 students who attend a semi-rural school on the outskirts of Tauranga in NZ. We are excited to share our experiences and learning at Tauriko School. Check back regularly to see what we have been up to. We have a load of fun in our class and would love to share it with you!

Getting Ready for Ag Day.
Cupcakes - the theme is rural and everyone has designed a cupcake to do with the country. Our fondant decorations have been moulded and are safely tucked away. We have practised piping the buttercream on - yum! If anyone's mum is able to help on Thursday morning with supervising cupcake icing please let me know. Wind Turbines - bring any extra materials you would like to use to finish your turbine on Tuesday. We started these last week and they are looking fabulous. These need to be made at school so any made at home will not be considered in judging. Medals - Our clay and du-kit models have been finished with ribbons attached. These are also safely tucked away. Can't wait to share photos of all our creations after Ag Day! We have a busy week ahead of us! What are you looking forward to?
